Peter,

 

I received your info from Dave LaRue. I am the guitarist in Stretch, The Mahavishnu Project, Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes and many other groups.  I have been using your overdrive pedal since Dave brought it up and I truly love the sound of it.  It has become a mainstay and an integral part of my pedal board.  In fact I also have on my board the Fulltone and until recently, the Holy grail 1982 Tube Screamer, but I liked the sound of your pedal so much that I replaced the tube screamer with yours.  Because I am on the road quite a bit and in situations where I can't always have my rig, and although I request certain amps, I never know what I will get, so I really need at least two different overdrives for variation.  Your pedal is very fat and realistic sounding and as close to great tube amp overdrive as anything I have heard to date.  It is also very flexible and I often change settings in between songs, altering the drive and tone for certain sounds.

 

I am having a new site designed and as soon as that is up I will be happy to provide comments on my site along with a link.  I have never been into endorsing things just because they are offered.  I only endorse stuff that I truly dig, that I believe in and that I use.

    "Hey Peter - I'm up doing some dates in the NE, and I wanted to let you know that I am using your OD pedal. It sounds great. Glenn (Glenn Alexander - my partner in Stretch) tried it through his guitar rig, and he loves it - the first box I've heard that is almost creamy, like a good 50 watt Marshall.  If it's ok with you, I want to leave my pedal with Glenn, and get one from you when I get home.  We are both really impressed, great job with the pedal.  Thanks again.”

    I got the pedal today and I am impressed.  It really is quiet.  The first thing I do when I get a pedal it dime everything!  Yours has almost no audible noise when maxed.  I am loving the standard white module---another thing I look for is single string articulation vs. power chords and chords with varied pick attack.  Usually something suffers---I cant find a weak spot on this pedal man.  I am ALMOST (skeered) to put the blue module in.  Cant wait to hear that.
