Here are some sound clips of guitar 04008.  The tunes were written and performed by Chris Peters and demonstrate the tonal versatility of his Model I.

Leaving it All Behind

These three clips were recorded simply to showcase the tonality of this basswood and maple bodied Model I-7.  The clean recording uses both pickups split.  The first distorted clip uses the bridge pickup (PAF7) while the final clip shows off the fluid lead tone of the neck pickup (Air Norton 7).  All clips recorded through a Peavey JSX head recorded direct with speaker simulation.  Thanks Chris Peters.

This Model I-7 has an extended scale length to help add definition to the lower range of the guitar.  With its 28.5” scale, the low ‘B’ string sound tight and full, helping to make this guitar sound unique in the seven string realm.  It is loaded with DiMarzio Blaze pickups.  All clips recorded through a Peavey JSX head recorded direct with speaker simulation.  Thanks Chris Peters.

 Just wanted to drop a line, and say hey. The 7 string is still playing fantastic(of course) and definatly still is my main guitar. Thanks again!(had to say it, haha)

 

I attached a song in which all the lead guitar was played with the 7. I thought it came out sounding pretty good. Sorry for the delay of samples. I think im too picky, haha.
